Job Description:

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to source, recruit, and manage an external workforce for casual placements. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements and identifying suitable candidates to fill those roles.
Other key responsibilities of the role include account management, client visits, and undertaking recruitment and selection for temporary and permanent roles. The ability to work independently and as part of a nationwide team will also be essential in this position.
