- Promoting a culture of reflective practice, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
- Acting as a role model for professional behaviour, teamwork, and communication within the multidisciplinary perioperative team.
- Supporting orientation and transition programs to ensure effective onboarding and retention of staff.

The Clinical Coach plays a pivotal role in fostering a skilled, adaptable, and resilient perioperative workforce that delivers exceptional outcomes for patients and the organisation.
