Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for an Apprentice Chef to work with our valued Host Employer in Remote South Australia. This is a full time position.

As part of this opportunity, you will undertake a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, learning to work effectively in a commercial kitchen environment under the guidance of experienced chefs. You will gain practical experience while contributing to a vibrant culinary team in the heart of the Flinders Ranges
As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in a range of kitchen tasks, including:
* Assisting with meal preparation and service across all outlets, including events and staff meals
* Preparing quality dishes while following recipes, portion control, presentation, and food safety standards
* Using kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and assisting with dishwashing
* Developing cooking and knife skills through on-the-job training and mentoring
* Contributing to a positive, safe, and culturally respectful kitchen culture
