About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to step up into a leadership role.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Carpenter, Concreter, Formworker, Leading Hand or Foreman
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage both on-site activities and administrative tasks
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead and motivate site teams
* A reliable commute to projects in either the SE or Western suburbs
