Their platform helps retailers expand internationally by localising checkout, payments, logistics, and the overall buying experience for customers in 200+ markets.
As they continue to scale across APAC, they’re now looking for an Integration Engineer to join their R&D; Delivery team. The Role
As an Integration Engineer, you’ll act as the technical focal point for new brand integrations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, troubleshoot issues, and configure the platform to meet business requirements.
You will:
- Guide clients through their integration process and act as a product specialist
- Own the implementation cycle and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and education to partners
- Analyse API requests, JSON payloads, logs, and web traffic
- Collaborate with software engineers on new features and client-specific enhancements
- Support Customer Success and Tech Support teams once brands go live
About You
You’re someone who enjoys being the technical go-to person and thrives in a client-facing setting. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and diagnosing issues across APIs, web technologies, and integrations.
You must have:
- Full working rights and be based in Australia
- 2–4 years in a technical role such as Integration Engineer, Technical Support, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or similar
- Experience working directly with external clients
- Strong understanding of HTTP, APIs, JSON, and web-based technologies
- Good working knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Ability to work with SQL and familiarity with relational databases
- Experience using debugging tools, log analysis, and browser dev tools
- Clear and confident communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- JavaScript, PHP, or .NET exposure (even basic understanding is fine)
- Experience in eCommerce, digital agencies, or SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Additional language(s)
