Job Description
Were seeking reliable and energetic team members to help pick and pack online and wholesale orders from our warehouse. You be part of a supportive, fast paced team helping customers and retail partners to receive their products quickly and correctly. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to
Pick items from shelves or pallets based on order sheets Ensure accurate picking of stock Pack items securely and appropriately to prevent damages during transport
Verify quantities and items before packing to ensure minimal mistakes Label packages accurately with shipping information Utilise packing materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs
Responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators KPIs that are in place to ensure operational efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse and packing area. Assist in inventory management tasks such as occasional stock take
Collaborate with other team members to prioritise orders and meet deadline Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
