Software Architectural Visionary
We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead impactful software solutions, driving innovation and strategic growth.
About the Role:
* Solution Design and Execution: Develop creative software solutions, leveraging expertise in Java 17 or higher, Spring boot, NoSQL Databases like Cassandra, relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, Sybase or MSSQL Server), Kafka, and Agile methodologies.
* Technical Leadership: Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.
* Community Engagement: Foster communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and adoption of new and leading-edge technologies.
* Culture Enhancement: Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
* Education and Experience: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and equivalent required.
* Expertise: Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Expert level Java application development experience using Java 17 or higher, Spring boot, NoSQL Databases like Cassandra, relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, Sybase or MSSQL Server), Kafka.
* Agile Methodologies: Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
* Cloud Native Experience: Practical cloud native experience.
