The Accounts Assistant will assist the Finance Manager with a variety of high-level functions ensuring efficient and smooth business operations and provide high quality services. The Accounts Assistant key duties will include:
* Processing of all supplier invoices.
* Processing weekly and month end payments
* Perform monthly reconciliations
* Resolve supplier queries.
* Assist with credit card expenses
* Assist with managing fixed assets
* Processing of weekly payroll
* Reconciliation and lodgement of weekly superannuation payment
* Preparation of monthly payroll deduction payments
* Preparation of monthly payroll tax lodgement
* Preparation of Payroll year end reconciliation
* Assist with chasing outstanding payments
* Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Key skills required:
* Experience of being in a similar role
* A good understanding of financial processes
* Excellent & confident communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Confident with systems including excel
