But we have a national team approach to all our projects, which means you will work on projects across Australia, not just projects in the ACT, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.What you'll do Work on iconic projectsManage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clientsLead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, and within time constraints and cost budgetsWork in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency and site surveillanceDelegate and supervise the work of junior engineersPartner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering settingAbout you Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environmentWell versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g. commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions and infrastructure/roadsStrong client relationship management and project management skillsSound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC etc.)Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential)Drainage software experience preferredImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
