We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality commerce-focused work.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, as well as experience with integrated marketing campaigns and shopper marketing. They will be able to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
About the role:
1. Support the delivery of projects aimed at driving shopper experiences and consumer engagement.
2. Manage day-to-day project execution, track dependencies, and flag potential risks.
3. Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and documentation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, strategy, and account management.
5. Help implement and maintain project workflows and tools.
6. Support budgeting and resourcing activities, track hours, and reconcile project costs.
What you'll need:
* 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
* Experience with integrated marketing or advertising campaigns, ideally involving commerce or shopper marketing.
* Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or Workday.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Passion for creativity, data, and technology in driving consumer behavior.
