The role would suit a trade or degree-qualified professional from a technical, workshop, fabrication, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial services background. This role is for someone who can take a customer request, understand what needs to happen, help get it quoted, line up the parts and labour, track it through the system, keep people updated, and make sure the job gets delivered properly. The Job: It's NOT a corporate Project Manager role. It is a mix of office-based coordination and regular interaction with the manufacturing team. Coordinate technical jobs from customer request through to quote, parts, scheduling, delivery, and invoicing. Sit between customers, operations, procurement, and manufacturing teams to keep jobs moving. Use ERP/MRP systems to track job progress, materials, priorities, and deadlines. Support quotes, purchase orders, invoices, job costing, and project documentation. Manage multiple live jobs in a fast-paced technical/industrial environment. Identify delays, missing parts, bottlenecks, underquoted work, or job issues before they become bigger problems. Help improve workflow, job visibility, communication, and delivery performance.
