Overview
SheCodes is a global leader in empowering women with technology skills. We are seeking experienced and passionate industry experts to join us as online instructors in areas such as Coding, AI, Leadership, and Design. As an instructor, you\'ll help guide the next generation of women into high-demand tech careers. This is a part-time, fully remote role, ideal for seasoned professionals with hands-on experience and a passion for teaching. You\'ll lead three-week courses that are part of a cohort-based, interactive learning platform with live hangouts, community Q&A;, challenges, and an engaging support network.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver engaging three-week online courses in your subject area
- Create and deliver a structured syllabus, setting transparent learning objectives
- Support learners with real-world, project-based challenges and assignments
- Facilitate live sessions, community Q&A;, and interactive discussions
- Collaborate with the SheCodes team to continuously improve course content
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in your area of expertise
- Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
- Passion for empowering others through education and skills development
