These opportunities will best suit those who hold an Engine Reconditioning Fitter/Turner or Fitter Machinist qualification.
What you'll be doing:
* Engine Reconditioning: Perform reconditioning works on CAT engines and components.
* Diagnostics: Conduct diagnostic assessments on engine components to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
* Team Collaboration: Work as part of a skilled and driven team to achieve operational goals.
* Culture & Communication: Display fairness, build trust, and maintain respectful relationships through open lines of communication.

What you'll need:
A successful teammate will have:
* Trade Qualified: Engine Reconditioning, Fitter/Turner, Fitter Machinist or similar trade qualification.
* Technical Interest: Genuine passion for engines, components, and large machinery or equipment.
* Machining Experience: Previous hands-on experience operating lathes and CNC machinery.
* Safety Commitment: Dedicated to upholding our strong safety culture and No Harm Environment.
* Work Ethic: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.
