Position: Infrastructure Support Officer
Salary: Stream A, Level 4 from $85,075.44 / year + Super
Location: 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central
Duration: Permanent, Fulltime
Are you interested in IT infrastructure and looking to make the next leap in your IT career? We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Officer with a focus on vulnerability management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or infrastructure support and be looking to gain additional experience in the infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing security vulnerability fixes
* Maintaining accurate record-keeping practices
* Aiding the infrastructure team in both BAU and project work
* Ensuring monitoring management remains current
* Communicating technical information to non-technical personnel
Minimum requirements of the role include:
* Demonstrated relevant work experience in an IT support role, ideally in a medium to large complex organisation.
* Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certifications, Azure Foundations, ITIL, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting
* Strategic thinking capability
* Time management skills
* Ability to provide satisfactory results for all employment related background and police checks.
