Job Title: APAC Workplace Experience Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and delivery of the FM/RE category strategy across a varied portfolio, including offices, manufacturing sites, and land assets.
* Manage diverse operational and commercial needs, ensuring sustainable, inclusive, and cost-effective workplace and facility services.
* Collaborate with global CRES teams and in-market leaders to support consistent sourcing approaches and strong supplier partnerships.
* Contribute to the creation of a future worth celebrating by shaping the APAC workplace experience and driving transformation across our regional footprint.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous procurement expertise, with extensive experience in category management (ideally within FMCG) and strong exposure to FM/RE or capital project environments.
* A cross-market perspective, bringing cultural awareness, inclusivity, and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups with confidence and sensitivity.
* Resilience and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments and staying optimistic, solution-focused, and composed through ambiguity or setbacks.
