About the Role
The Enrolled Nurse in the Emergency Department is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to support and provide quality care for patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients under RN supervision
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Engage in continuous learning and simulation training opportunities
- Support a safe, compassionate, and efficient department setting
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Enrolled Nurse in NSW
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an acute or emergency setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
