We're looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into real-world experiences.
This role sits right at the intersection of sales, creativity and project delivery. You'll help grow new business, manage key client relationships, and work closely with our creative and production teams to bring projects to life.
You'll be working with a mix of well-known brands and exciting productions, including clients such as Coca-Cola, Lexus and Thales, alongside our own creative productions and projects.
We're a young, fast-moving and creative team, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being around ideas, collaboration and a bit of fun in the office — but also understands the importance of KPIs, targets and delivering results.
If you're confident in sales, comfortable working with creative people, and not afraid to communicate insights or performance updates to senior management, this role offers real opportunity to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing new business opportunities and expanding client relationships
* Managing client accounts and identifying opportunities to grow projects
* Working across trade shows, exhibitions, brand activations, conferences and events
* Translating client ideas into clear briefs for our design and production teams
* Collaborating with designers, producers and project teams to bring ideas to life
* Managing client expectations while ensuring projects remain commercially sound
* Tracking sales activity and performance against agreed KPIs and targets
* Reporting insights, pipeline activity and opportunities to senior management
* Supporting projects through concept, planning and delivery stages
What We're Looking For
* Experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Someone comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets and pipeline management
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Confidence presenting ideas or updates to senior leadership and clients
* Interest in creative industries, design, events or experiential marketing
* A proactive mindset and the ability to identify new opportunities
* Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and creative environment
What Success Looks Like in This Role
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
* Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Develop a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
* Successfully manage several client accounts and projects
* Work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver standout experiences
* Meet or exceed agreed sales KPIs and revenue targets
* Become a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams
