Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Coordinator to lead day-to-day store activities and support the Store Manager.


About the Role:

* Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, retention, and development.
* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail operations, management, or supervision.
* Demonstrate previous leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring.
* Familiarity with store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
