About Us
MT Crates is WA's leading designer, builder and in office installer of timber crates for mining, industrial, and commercial sectors. From our Maddington base, we serve a loyal client base and continuously win new business thanks to our focus on quality, service, and relationships.
The Role
This isn't a numbers game. If you think sales is about hammering phones and hitting quotas, this probably isn't your scene.
But if you believe real sales success comes from strong relationships, clear communication, and follow-through — we want to hear from you.
As an MT Crates Sales Co-ordinator, you'll be:
The first point of contact for client enquiries
Quoting and converting work with precision and clarity
Collaborating closely with production teams
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Driving both repeat and new business opportunities
Yes, there are targets. Yes, there\'s paperwork. But more importantly, you'll have the freedom to work independently while being part of a supportive, experienced team.

What We Expect from You
You'll need to tick quite a few boxes to thrive here:
Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role within the building or construction sector
Ability to read technical drawings, measure accurately, and prepare clear quotes
Tech skills across MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hands-on building/construction experience (highly desirable)
Proven success with key account strategies and relationship-building
Consultative and attentive, but resilient and results-focused
Willing to help, not just when it\'s easy — with energy and follow-through
Strong but adaptable – assertive without ego
Responsible with admin – accurate paperwork is non-negotiable
Self-driven and reliable — you manage your day and show up on time
A natural team fit — cooperative, dependable, and good to be around
