Details: We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead management reporting and business partnering within CMTEDD’s Strategic Finance Division. In this role, you will oversee a small team, deliver monthly financial performance reporting, support budgeting processes, and provide high‑quality financial advice to business units across the Directorate.
What you will do:
* Prepare and coordinate internal financial reports.
* Contribute to the Directorate's budget statement and annual report development.
* Partner with business units to help them manage budgets and improve financial performance.
* Drive innovation and process improvements using tools like TM1 and Power BI.
* Contribute to strategic financial planning and reporting for the Directorate.
* Coach and supervise team members.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance and membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia are highly desirable.
