Machine Operator –
Rotating Shifts (Days, Afternoons & Nights)
Location: Brisbane
Pay Rate: $41 per hour (Flat Rate)
Shifts: 5:00am–1:00pm | 1:00pm–9:00pm | 9:00pm–5:00am

skilled Machine Operator to join our high-performing team in a
fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who

maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency across
rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
Take on a dynamic role
where you'll keep production running smoothly and deliver top-quality results.
You'll manage raw materials, maintain process accuracy, champion safety, and
perform quality checks—all while working with a supportive team. If you're detail-oriented

* Safety First: Champion a zero-harm culture and lead by
example—Never Walk Past unsafe practices.
* Material Management: Ensure raw material levels meet
production needs, including preparation of PBL reels.
* Process Control: Follow approved formulations and
settings, adjusting processes as needed to meet specifications.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct testing in line with national
standards using QA instruments (rulers, micrometers, scales, etc.).
* Data Accuracy: Record and enter production and quality
data into our clients online systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to maximise
efficiency and meet schedule requirements.
* Changeovers & Shutdowns: Execute product changeovers, startups,
and shutdowns effectively.
* General Tasks: Forklift operation, raw material
preparation, housekeeping (including mixer cleaning with high-pressure
equipment).
Your Profile
We're looking for
someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong safety focus, and the flexibility
to work rotating shifts. A forklift licence and some experience are ideal, and
manufacturing experience is a bonus. Most importantly, you bring mechanical aptitude,
a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude. If you're reliable and ready

* Strong commitment to safety and
attention to detail.
* Willingness to work a rotating roster
and train across multiple workstations.
* Previous experience in a high-volume,
multi-stage manufacturing environment (desirable).
* Forklift licence and at least 12 months of forklift
experience.
* Solid understanding of production
operations and mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
effectively.
