About The Role
The Oxenford Tavern is seeking a vibrant, experienced Food and Beverage / Gaming Attendant to join our busy team. Applicants must be 18 or older and hold a current RSA and RCG. Prior experience in a fast‐paced pub environment and managing a large, high‐volume gaming room is highly desired, as you will need to hit the ground running.
A Day In The Life Of a F&B Attendant
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring each visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
* From the first pour of the day to the final lock‐up, you'll be on the front lines, maintaining sky‐high standards and a memorable experience.
* Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed, where legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* A natural at making people feel welcome and a keen eye for detail.
* A motivated team player who creates magic for both guests and teammates.
* Holding a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
* Experience with gaming or a willingness to learn, which would also be an asset.
