Job Title: Psychosocial Risk Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our psychosocial risk management efforts.
The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate psychosocial hazards, develop and implement effective risk management strategies, and promote a positive work environment.
About the Role
* Lead the development and implementation of psychosocial risk management frameworks and governance arrangements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and manage psychosocial hazards and risks.
* Design and deliver mental health and wellbeing programs to support employee engagement and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in psychosocial safety and wellbeing. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and support to internal stakeholders.
