Step up in your AP career with a senior, hands on role supporting a major property client. In this key role, you'll be responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of vendor invoices while providing critical operational support to the AP Team Leader. Acting as the 2IC, you'll ensure continuity, quality control, and smooth workflow management across the team - particularly during peak periods or Team Leader absences.
The Opportunity:
* Process and review high volume and complex vendor invoices within agreed SLA's
* Act as 2IC - managing escalations and workflow when the Team Leader is away
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
* Monitor aged invoices and resolve issues affecting timely payments
* Assist with daily workflow coordination and work optimisation
* Manage AP inbox queries from CBRE, Client and vendors
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen team performance
About You:
* Several years' experience in a high volume Accounts Payable environment
* Proven ability to process complex invoices and handle escalated queries
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication skills and a professional approach
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team outcomes
