In this role, you will deliver customer focused ranges and promotions that set us apart from the competition while driving financial KPIs. You willl work with growing independence, managing day-to-day activities, identifying opportunities, and making sound commercial decisions.**A Peek Into Your Petstock Day*** **Range Reviews**: Assist in the end to end review process to ensure our shelves (physical and digital) reflect what customers want.* **Data Translation**: Move beyond just "running reports." You will analyse sales data and market trends (Nielsen/IRI) to recommend range deletions and additions.* **Supplier Relations**: Support negotiations and build collaborative relationships with key vendors to secure the best promotional programs.* **Planogram Integrity**: Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure your category strategy is executable at the store level.If you have a foundation in retail and a passion for product performance, this is your bridge to becoming a fully-fledged Category Manager.
