**Deliverables**:
- Support stakeholders across the business to deliver internal messages and information, ensuring consistency and alignment
- Provide advice to business stakeholders on effective communications and the use of appropriate channels
- Coordinate the roll out of communications campaigns as required across owned channels
- Draft communications including announcements, executive correspondence, video scripts, recruitment campaigns and other messages, or review existing communications to monitor clarity and tone-of-voice
**Market**:
- Support with responsive and proactive media engagement as required, producing local and trade media releases, and drafting holding statements
- Support the delivery corporate communications, including the Annual and Sustainability Report
- Manage existing channels to ensure currency of content and messages
- Coordinate the production of high-quality comms assets including the regular printed staff magazine, videos, graphics and other rich media
**About you**:
- Proven experience in working cross functionally in a time critical and fast paced environment, including strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in the production of high-quality communications campaigns, including the briefing and ongoing management of campaigns using both in house design teams and creative agencies
- Demonstrated experience in writing copy for a range of channels
- Proven experience in understanding and navigating a large and complex organization
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
- Demonstrated experience in developing relevant and engaging content
- Understanding of and ability to work within brand guidelines (including tone of voice) whilst still creating engaging content
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing or Journalism, ideal but not essential
- Several years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a large business with multiple functions
- Understanding of and ability to work within brand guidelines (including tone of voice)
