About Our Client

Job Description

As a claims admin you will manage between 1,300 and 1,800 claims each month across pricing, freight and documentation-based adjustments. There is no direct customer contact in this role - instead, you'll work closely with internal teams to make sure claims are accurate, compliant and completed within required timeframes.

Process claims in line with the 30‑day turnaround target.Allocate claims to internal approvers and follow up on outstanding items.Review and action rejected claims and ensure all documentation is audit‑ready.Work with internal teams such as finance, credit and sales to resolve aged or complex claims.Maintain accurate records and assist with weekly and monthly reporting.Follow internal policies and audit requirements across all work.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in claims processing, credit administration, high‑volume data entry or similar transnational work Comfortable working within structured processes and meeting set timeframes Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Able to manage a steady workflow and prioritise tasks Confident liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues Reliable, team‑focused and able to work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable learning new systems and following compliance requirements Positive attitude and willingness to work in a supportive, long‑tenured team environment
