Role Overview
These roles sit within the Workforce Technology team and support HR and Finance applications that have operated for nearly 20 years. You will work across BAU activities, system improvements, integrations and occasional project work.
* Software Engineers: development, integrations, troubleshooting
* Business Analysts: requirements, functional analysis, process mapping
You will contribute to stable operations of critical university systems and support the future Oracle transformation. Ideal for early to mid career professionals who want to grow in a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
* Support, maintain and enhance HR and Finance applications
* Resolve BAU issues and deliver system improvements
* Work with integrations across PeopleSoft, Oracle and related systems
* Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders
* Software Engineers: develop, test and deploy changes
* Business Analysts: gather requirements, document processes and support UAT
Candidate Profile
* Early to mid career, collaborative and eager to learn
* Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle or similar HR/Finance systems
* Understanding of integration workflows
* Exposure to HR or Finance processes (payroll, leave, T&A, scheduling)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to learn legacy systems and work independently
Role-specific:
* Software Engineers: Oracle SQL and enterprise development experience
* Business Analysts: requirements gathering and workflow analysis
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Ascender, Workday, Nimbus or scheduling systems
* University or government system experience
* Relevant university projects or internships
