Job Title: In-Home Disability Support Worker
Are you passionate about providing individualised support to individuals with disabilities?
This role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers to make a real difference in the lives of our participants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support and care to individuals with disabilities in their own homes
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
* Supporting independent living and community access
* Developing and implementing personalized support plans
Requirements:
* Cert III or higher in Disability or related fields
* 6+ months of relevant experience
* Right to work in Australia and up-to-date compliance checks
