Change Transformation Lead
This dynamic opportunity at our organization enables you to shape its future and drive positive change. As a key member of the Talent (HR) Team, you will lead and manage transformation initiatives, driving alignment between goals and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with organizational objectives and assess the impact of changes on employees and the organization.
* Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process and foster strong relationships to gain support for initiatives.
* Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
* Monitor progress and assess effectiveness.
* Lead projects and workstreams and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating transformation activities into broader project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a complex matrix-style organisational environment, with a strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
* Experience in working in project teams and implementing change programs, with the ability to manage multiple large, complex projects and processes.
* Hands-on experience identifying problems early and solving them while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Favourable Qualifications:
* Formal certification in change management is advantageous.
* Ability to develop and leverage relationships with various stakeholders to understand change needs and develop appropriate plans.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
