Join Capral as our next Solutions Architect and play a key role in shaping our technology future. You'll lead the design, governance, and evolution of end-to-end solutions across ERP, CRM, Microsoft cloud, OT, and data platforms—ensuring they’re integrated, future-ready, and aligned with our transformation roadmap.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise architecture across key platforms (ERP, Microsoft, CRM, OT, and Data/Analytics)
- Translate business needs into smart, scalable technology solutions
- Lead evaluation and selection of tools, platforms, and vendors
- Set and enforce solution standards, patterns, and integration principles
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver cohesive, aligned outcomes
- Support product lifecycle management – upgrades, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
- Advise senior leadership on technology direction and emerging trends
- Provide high-level technical support and act as a trusted advisor across the business
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 and integration landscapes.
- Expertise in Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, M365).
- Experience with data strategy, cloud storage, and analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Power BI).
- Exposure to Operational Technology environments (SCADA, MES, WMS, Plant Maintenance and Planning systems).
- Strong product evaluation and vendor management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable
- Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector experience.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-native architectures.
