Leadership Role for Broker Relationship Growth
The role of an Active Broker Retention & Quality Sales Leader is crucial in driving national growth through the effective management of desk-based Relationship Managers (RMs) who support and grow high performing broker partners.
This leadership position focuses on maintaining and deepening relationships with loyal broker advocates by ensuring they receive fast, responsive and consistent support across product, process, credit and service delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on submission quality and compliance to ensure that volumes originated through the active broker cohort meet internal standards.
The Sales Leader works closely with other teams to build credit policy and process capability across the broader sales team, ensuring that newly activated broker volume does not compromise efficiency or operational impact.
In addition, this role contributes strategic insight to inform broker communications, training, marketing, and enhancements to product, process and credit policy. The leader ensures the RM team delivers consistent value to brokers, aligns with the company's service promise, and contributes to sustainable channel growth while reinforcing organisational values and culture.
