Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
Report to the Operations Manager.
Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
Serve as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and promptly addressing customer needs.

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Kewdale. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling within your designated area in Australia.
