Key Finance Position
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
* Continuously improve project tracking, financial systems, and processes.
* Manage payroll functions including salary sacrifice arrangements.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, company compliance management, and BAS/PAYG obligations.
* Supervise and support the finance team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting roles.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and payroll processes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Business (desired).
