Recruiter for Allied-Health Professionals
We are seeking an experienced and driven recruiter to launch and grow our allied-health desk.
* This role involves full-cycle recruitment & account management of allied-health professionals, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placing candidates in various healthcare settings.
* The successful candidate will leverage market demand to establish new relationships with healthcare clients across aged-care, NDIS / disability support, community services, mental-health and more.
* This role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless candidate & client experience, utilizing data and insights to inform strategy and optimize placements.

Key Qualifications
* A track record in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in allied-health or healthcare staffing.
* Commercial awareness and consultative mindset; able to manage relationships from candidate to client.
* Strong organizational ability and stakeholder-management skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Resilience, adaptability, sense of ownership, accountability, and a passion for allied-health care.
* Australian working rights (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid residency pathway).
This role provides competitive compensation ($70,000-$90,000 base, plus uncapped quarterly commissions), established credibility, strong market demand, full support infrastructure, growth opportunities, work-life balance, and a supportive culture.
