Process Engineer Role Summary
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing processes fully consider all industrial constraints from design to production launch. This includes collaborating with experts in methods, processes, technology, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and procurement to guarantee manufacturability and support of products.
This role requires relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive knowledge of production processes in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrated ability to establish or maintain an industrialized product manufacturing process. You must also have proven capability in conducting root cause analysis of product defects and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with experts in methods, processes, technology, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and procurement to guarantee manufacturability and support of products.
* Provide support for maturing the product and its manufacturability/serviceability from the design phase until the start of production.
* Oversee the successful launch of product production, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance in environmental safety and HSE.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
* Extensive knowledge of production processes in a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to establish or maintain an industrialized product manufacturing process.
* Proven capability in conducting root cause analysis of product defects and implementing corrective actions.
* Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving techniques.
