This role is only suited to candidates who want to move into sales. About the Role You’ll begin in a Customer Service / Sales Support position, learning the products, systems and customers. As your confidence and capability grow, the role will evolve into outbound sales activity and account development. What You’ll Be Doing Process customer orders via phone, email and online systems Confirm pricing, stock availability and lead times Manage orders end‑to‑end through to delivery Handle customer enquiries and problem‑solve efficiently Support Sales Executives with quotes and customer requests Liaise with inventory, logistics and internal teams Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records Progress into outbound calls, upselling and account support over time About You Background in customer service or sales (B2B preferred) Experience in signs, display, print, manufacturing or distribution ideal (open to other industries) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Commercial mindset and willingness to learn Genuine ambition to build a career in sales Comfortable in a fast‑paced, transactional environment What’s on Offer $75,500 super Bonus structure in place Full‑time, permanent role Clear pathway from customer service into sales Supportive team and strong internal training Start ASAP Important This role is not suited to someone wanting to remain in customer service long‑term.
