ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Rig Operator in NSW to join a leading piling contractor on delivering infrastructure and civil construction projects.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll operate piling rigs and support piling crews, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high‐quality standards.
Main Duties:
* Operate piling rigs safely and efficiently on site.
* Perform self‐performing CFA, bored, driven, and Secant wall piling operations.
* Assist in coordinating piling crews and work schedules.
* Monitor and maintain piling equipment and materials.
* Follow Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance procedures.
* Prepare accurate records, reports, and documentation related to piling activities.
* Provide support and technical guidance to the team as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Piling Rig Operator on civil infrastructure projects.
* Hands‐on experience operating Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec, or similar piling rigs.
* Strong knowledge and experience in piling and ground improvement works.
* Proven experience with CFA, bored piling, driven piles, and Secant wall techniques.
* Solid understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
* Ability to work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and to specification.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
