**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a seasoned
**Recruitment Manager, **to work in our Corporate Head Office. You will develop, adapt, and monitor the performance of the recruitment strategies for Warrikal, whilst being an influential and impactful manager of the existing recruitment team. Your success will deliver positive outcomes for our Recruitment function supporting our sustainable business growth and an inclusive work environment. Duties include:
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the blue-collar recruitment process.
- Manage team performance, engagement, and succession plans.
- Coach and mentor existing team on best practice recruitment processes.
- Implement and maintain creative employee attraction strategies for a broad range of roles.
- Take on end-to-end recruitment duties as required, leading by example.
- Analyse, review and distribute recruitment reports for to business leaders.
- Work in collaboration with Training and Resourcing Managers to deliver effective onboarding for blue-collar employees.
- Provide a focal point for Operations regarding resourcing, including labour hire 'top-up' requirements.
- Provide a positive and agile leadership style.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a people management role.
- Significant experience in blue-collar recruitment, with knowledge of market pressures and current climate of labour competition.
- Experience with multi-client onboarding processes in the mining / resource sector.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically to achieve positive outcomes
- Knowledge or background in Employment Relations or Human Resources is highly regarded.
- Ability to adapt to internal stakeholder priorities with a positive attitude.
- Organise and manage the team to meet changing priorities or deadlines.
