Role: Senior Test Analyst/ E2E Test Lead SCMLocation: MelbourneExperience: 3 to 6 Years/ 5 to 10 years Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days a week WFO)Skills required: JIRARoles & Responsibilities:Quality Engineering & Testing Analyze business and functional requirements related to Supply Chain Network and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Manhattan WMS–based solutions. Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing across inbound, outbound, inventory, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics processes. Validate integrations between Manhattan WMS and upstream/downstream systems such as ERP, TMS, OMS, and Supply Chain Network platforms. Ensure functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing coverage. Supply Chain & WMS Domain Expertise Understand warehouse operations including Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Shipping Inventory management and replenishment Slotting, wave management, and yard management Apply domain knowledge to identify business risks, edge cases, and failure scenarios. Support testing of configurable rules and customizations within Manhattan WMS. Release & Environment Support Coordinate testing activities across releases, sprints, and environments. Support release validation, smoke testing, and production readiness. Assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality sign-off for releases. Automation & Performance (Applicable Across Roles) Contribute to or review test automation frameworks for WMS applications. Execute or support performance, load, and volume testing for warehouse and supply chain flows. Monitor system behaviour under peak operational scenarios. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor junior team members and promote quality best practices. Communicate testing status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Supply Chain Network or Warehouse Management Systems Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (any version – Active, SCALE, WMOS, etc.) Knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain business processes Experience in functional, integration, and E2E testing Defect management and test reporting using ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM)Technical & Testing Skills: Test design techniques and quality assurance best practices APIs, batch jobs, and system integration testing SQL and data validation across systems
