The Change Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of change strategies within the Business Improvement program.
This is a maximum term contract position based in our Sydney office, offering flexible working arrangements to balance time between the head office and home.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with the Change Manager to deliver the change strategy, encompassing impact and stakeholder assessment, communications planning, and training execution.
2. Designing and preparing the training strategy, including all necessary materials and execution.
3. Developing impact assessments considering people, process, system, and financial impacts; creating strategies to address these impacts.
4. Proactively tracking and supporting the progress of the change program, managing critical path, delays, and dependencies; providing up-to-date reports on change management activities and assigned tasks.
5. Supporting the development of change networks to increase ownership and support for change.
6. Identifying and managing change management risks and issues, their impact, and implications.
7. Conducting regular change readiness assessments and implementing strategies to respond.
8. Maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholder segments across the enterprise.
About You:
We are seeking an organized individual with a proactive and analytical mindset who understands change impact within an organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1. Relevant industry and functional qualifications or certifications.
2. A high-level understanding of Prosci and other change management methodologies.
3. Experience in managing complex programs of work.
4. A proven track record in change management and execution.
5. Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated experience in project delivery.
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Experience with PowerBI is desirable.
