Job Title: Reception & Administration Support Location: Canning Vale, Perth Salary: $65-80K depending on experience About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organised Reception & Administration Support professional to join our team. This role involves supporting both our office operations and site teams, ensuring smooth communication, job administration, and general office management. You’ll play a key role in keeping our office and projects running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Reception & Communication Answer incoming calls from clients, sites, supervisors, and electricians Monitor work mobile phones and manage priority enquiries Manage emails, job requests, quote requests, and portal alerts Greet visitors and handle mail and deliveries Maintain reception and office presentation Job Administration Create work orders via email and client portals Process completed job paperwork Assist Accounts with invoice preparation Archive completed and invoiced jobs General Administration Order office and kitchen supplies Manage PPE, uniforms, and key registers Maintain HSEQ documentation and administrative checklists Handle leave forms and payroll data entry Warehouse & Accounts Support (as required) Sign equipment, vehicles, and trailers in/out Accept deliveries (no heavy lifting required) Book vehicle servicing Assist with invoicing during staff absences Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems Previous experience in administration or reception preferred Why Join Us?
