We are looking for an organised and innovative Executive & Operations Assistant to join our high performing team
12th November,
We're on the lookout for an experienced Executive & Operations Assistant to provide dual support to our CEO and Head of Client Experience.
This is a newly created dynamic role at the centre of our business, combines high-level executive support with operational coordination to ensure the smooth running of Place HQ.
We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, loves variety, and brings initiative and professionalism.
You'll be the go-to person for coordination, communication, and connection keeping our HQ operations running seamlessly.
This is a full-time opportunity based at our beautiful James Street Head Office, working closely with senior leadership and contributing to a high-performing, people-first culture.
What you'll be doing
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary, inbox, correspondence, travel, and meeting coordination with full logistical preparation.
Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and follow-up on behalf of the CEO.
Support the Head of Client Experience with reporting, team communication, and the coordination of key operational and client experience projects.
Assist with planning and delivery of internal engagement initiatives, including staff events, milestones, and Social Club activities.
Oversee Place HQ operations to maintain a professional and well-organised environment, including reception staffing, office maintenance, and supplier management.
Coordinate head office meetings and events, ensuring all documentation, catering, and facilities are in place.
Maintain and update administrative processes, checklists, and systems to support efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
3+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or high-level administrative role.
Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (or similar business systems).
Professional, approachable, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
