Key Account Director
The Role
This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and expanding their risk management and insurance broking needs. Your key responsibilities include implementing client service delivery, obtaining formal feedback, leveraging best practices, representing the voice of the client, ensuring client plans are implemented, and meeting new business targets.
Responsibilities
* Implement and review client service delivery to ensure high-quality results.
* Obtain formal client feedback annually to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
* Leverage best practices from across the organization to deploy within the team.
* Represent the voice of the client internally and externally when decisions are made regarding process, approach, and future strategy.
* Ensure every client has an agreed-upon service plan and that client advocates implement every aspect of the plan.
* Pro-actively meet annual new business targets by generating and participating in new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Insurance Broking Qualification (Tier 1)
- Preferably degree qualified
- Extensive Insurance broking and or industry experience
- Proven technical skills in coverage and wording review
- Excellent understanding and technical proficiency of claims management processes
- Experience with the placement and servicing of complex and multinational clients
- Attainment of all regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation
