Overview
We are seeking a motivated, creative and well-organised Marketing and Communication Officer to join our dynamic Marketing and External Communication team. In this role, you will develop and deliver a variety of marketing and communication initiatives with fresh ideas that promote the City’s services and contribute directly to the improvement of our community’s lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver innovative marketing and communication campaigns in collaboration with the wider Marketing and External Communication team.
- Ensure communications have a digital focus, are planned, integrated, creative, and deliver value for money.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the reach and impact of City initiatives.
- Enhance the City’s reputation through clear, consistent, and positive communication.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, ensuring continuous improvement.

With strong stakeholder engagement skills and a creative mindset, you know how to craft content that resonates and delivers results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing both adaptability and collaboration to every project.
