About this Role
The Warehouse Operator & Counter Sales position is a key role in our team. As a Full-time employee, you will be based at our store in Coffs Harbour and report directly to the Store Manager.
* You will deliver exceptional customer service to all customers through multiple channels.
* Assist with daily activities within the store, including processing orders, invoices, and payments.
* Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
* Serve customers in the warehouse, loading their vehicles as required.
Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.
* Assist with deliveries when required.
Requirements:
* Forklift licence is essential.
* Possess a strong work ethic and ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
* Eagerness to learn about products and services.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
* Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
