Key Responsibilities:
* Utilizing CMMS software to manage maintenance operations
* Coordinating logistics, inventory, workshop assets, consumables, equipment, and customer orders
* Strategically coordinating and prioritising jobs and maintenance programme schedules
* Developing monthly, weekly and daily schedules for all preventative, corrective and ad hoc maintenance work
* Able to develop shutdown plans for equipment, parts and personnel
* Organising inductions, permits and approvals required to complete work on client sites
* Updating component details in the Maintenance Management System upon completion of job
* Managing stock levels in accordance with a 3-month schedule
* Chairing weekly/monthly planning and review meetings with all relevant stakeholders to pre-schedule, prioritise and review against the plan
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers
* Ensuring statutory compliance tasks are up to date and completed across the fleet
