The Role As the Receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of the agency, creating a warm first impression for clients, landlords, and buyers while supporting a high-performing team.
Your day will include:
* Welcoming clients and managing front-of-house with confidence
* Answering and directing calls professionally
* Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
* Preparing documents, correspondence, and marketing material
* Assisting sales and property management teams as needed
* General administration to keep the office running seamlessly
About You We're looking for someone who is:
* Well-presented, friendly, and professional
* Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
* Reliable, proactive, and happy to take initiative
Real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential — attitude and customer service skills are key.
