BOSS Engineering is seeking a strategic and experienced Group Safety Manager to lead our WHS function across all sites. Based at our Inverell facility, this full-time role is pivotal in shaping a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of our WHS Management System.
* Provide expert WHS guidance to the CEO and senior leadership.
* Engage with staff across all levels to embed a proactive safety culture.
* Identify and manage both physical and psychosocial hazards.
* Ensure compliance with the WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2017.
* Coordinate audits, investigations, training and return-to-work programs.
* Report on WHS performance indicators and drive data-informed improvements.
* Chair Safety Committee meetings and liaise with regulators and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or higher qualification in WHS (essential).
* 7+ years in a senior WHS role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
* Experience leading WHS across multiple sites.
* Strong understanding of ISO-aligned WHS systems and psychosocial risk.
* High-level communication, influence, and leadership skills.
* RTW and ICAM investigation qualifications (desirable).
