Their objective is to replace an existing manufacturing process whilst the factory is in operation, ensuring the project budget control, communication, and installation meet site, Nestle and Australian standards. This role is temporary, until April 2024. The role is based in Smithtown.As the Engineering Project Team Leader, you will integrate, motivate, provide feedback, coach, develop, manage, and evaluate team members and be their support and liaison with the steering committee and all the project's stakeholders. Keep the End-to-End Project Manager informed.
